To further clarify in this linked 2004 letter Mr. Ziemba is working specifically for International Risk Group the same corporation heading the remediation of the Downey Property.  Although the linked 2004 letter pertains specifically to a Richmond, California property.


In the following 2007 letter Mr. Neil Ziemba is working for IRG - International Assumptions, L.L.C. at the same address.
