The people from California EPA and Toxic Substances and the Water Board claim that a miracle has taken place and the 70 plus years of land contamination from being an airport, a nuclear facility, an airplane manufacturing plant, a NASA facility and a Boeing facility is really clean land.
They also have bad memories, especially the people at Toxic Substances in California, because every time someone new comes along and asks them about the land and why the people get sick when working on that land, they pretend that they have never, ever heard anything about it.
