Shouldn't the development of these products and concepts really be done through the private sector rather than NASA?  Granted some of these proposals and awards have done great good in this world.  At the same time just as many could be considered harmful to this world.  

People complain about the separation of church and state.  Shouldn't they be concerned abou the separation of corporation and state?
