There are very few public OSHA reports pertaining to the Downey Property. There are several complaints that were filed with OSHA. Several people expressed disappointment that OSHA was lax in inspections and remiss in filing reports regarding the working conditions on the Downey Property. No member of the Kaiser Papers was involved in any OSHA matter. Several employees on the property, of which the owners are already aware of who they are, did contact OSHA.
